ABOUT VILA

Villa Danube Paradise was founded in 2003 as a family business. Our mission is to offer our guests an ambience that is also our personal stamp. We are located in the weekend area Vinci, in the golden pine forest near the banks of the Danube where the view stretches to Romania which is separated from Serbia by former Serbian island Moldova.
Downstream, the view is magnified by the princess from the fourteenth century – Golubac Fortress. In this extraordinary ambient, Villa Danube Paradise offers accommodation including breakfast. We are trying to create a real paradise for all our old and new guests, tourists, sports teams, bikers, adventurers, cyclists, sailors, fishermen ... In one word - for all of you to whom we can provide a warm hospitality, a pleasant stay and an unforgettable ambience.

Rooms

Total: 8 rooms category 3 star *** are deployed on two levels.
Type of rooms: double, triple and family room for 4 person. Each room (24 m2) has a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden. In the case of colder weather, the central heating is activated. There is a public parking for guests of the villa. Each room has a TV and wireless internet.

Ambience

Our ambience is characterized by a combination of nature and human efforts to preserve the natural beauty. Swings for children, hammocks, wooden summer houses and colorful garden are there to complement the enjoyment in nature. Tall pine trees with their slender form make our yard same as the whole weekend area Vinci - a gentle forest that exudes an air of tranquility every moment of the day, protecting the intolerable heat and providing an unusual view of the sky of countless stars when the night comes.

Sport activities in Villa For many, an ideal vacation implies a little bit of physical activity. Here, you will find the entertainment room and two courts, where you can recreate playing:
• ping pong, billiards (in the hall for a party)
• Beach volleyball, volleyball, basket ( at sport courts, in the area by the villa)
• Tennis, badminton, speedminton (at Tennis court, in the area by the villa).

In addition to the listed sports activities, we recommend a leisure walk through the forest paths. The large pine forest with more than 2,000 cottages and houses, with each one different than the other one, makes Vinci weekend area interesting for the sightseeing. Therefore, take the paths of the forest and enjoy the view and fresh air.

HOUSE RULSE

In order to ensure you a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house rules.

· Upon arrival in accommodation guests give passports to the host for the purpose of registration in the guestbook and the rest of the full amount for the booked accommodation.
· Accommodation is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on departure day, unless it is otherwise agreed with the host.
·The host will change bed linen and towels every 3 days.
·The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The host will not be held responsible in case of any disappearance. We advise our guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.
• Please take care of the rented room, when leaving the room turn off all electrical appliances and taps, and check that all doors and windows are closed.
·Please leave the room as you found it upon your arrival: tidy and undamaged.
·It is prohibited to enter: weapons, narcotics, flammable and explosive items, and items with a strong and unpleasant smell, any cooking appliance (stove, etc.) or other electrical appliances (fans, heaters, etc.).
·From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, during the night rest, please be kind and do not disturb other guests by making noise.
·Sport facilities:
Sport courts, Billiards and Ping Pong available for guests free of charge:
Sport courts/Basketball, Tennis, Valley Ball/ available from 8am - 9pm.
Billiards & Ping Pong available from 10am-9pm.
***Billiards & Ping Pong allowed only for guests over 12 years old!
Children under 12 years of age are NOT permitted to use Billiards and Ping Pong.
*** NO EXCEPTIONS!
All sport facilities are available for guests in a timely manner so everyone could have opportunity to enjoy in it daily, if there are more than 15 guests checked in that day, every sport facility is available 1 hour per room daily.
We don't want to make strict rules about time schedule for sport facilities but if guests are not aware of each other then rules apply.
·Without the permission of the host, the staying of persons who are not users of accommodation is forbidden. In case that the host founds people who are not registered or not announced during the reservation, the host has the right to cancel accommodation to all guests.
·If you want the dinner to be included, please inform the host when making the reservation or upon the arrival. Meals are served in the dining room or in the backyard summer houses.
·Pets are not allowed.
·In case that certain items break or disappear from the room, the customer is required to reimburse the value of missing or damaged items.
·Please do not smoke in the rooms. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the courtyard.
The guests are asked not to throw cigarette butts in the yard and the close vicinity.
·The beginning of the use of accommodation means that the customer is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and requirements highlighted here.
·The accommodation may be canceled to the guests who violate house rules, disturb the peace or disturb other guests. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host for the violation of house rules, the customer will not be refunded the paid amount, regardless of the length of the stay.
